Have you changed your mind? Do you no longer wish to receive our products? Maybe you have just received them and something is wrong? Do not worry! Azalea offers you both returns and complaints.

Returns

It is possible to return your products if you have changed your mind. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days since the date of receiving the parcel, without stating the reason. To do that, please remember that products can not be open (they have to have be originally closed). Firstly, contact us by phone (+442324313431) or e-mail (azaleahaircare@gmail.com). Introduce yourself and prepare your order number. This will allow Azalea to send you special return form that you will receive on your e-mail. Secondly, print out the return form and fill it out. Last but not least, pack products you want to return, attach filled return form and send back the package to our shipping address:

Upon receiving the return package and checking the condition of the products, we will refund you the money to your bank account in maxium 14 days. Please make sure that you have your bank account details assigned to your account on Azalea’s website. This is very helpful in case you forget to write them down on the return form. As a consequence, Azalea will not have to contact you again and it will be able to refund you the money quicker. Customer who wish to return products bears the costs of shipping return package, Azalea’s does not refund them. Please remember that if you bought Azalea’s products in another website store (such as e.g. Superdrug) , return conditions may vary.

Complaints

It is possible to officialy report the complaint if the packaging/products received were damaged or if the package was incomplete. We do our best in order to prevent such situations from happening but sometimes mistakes occur. In case of complaint, please contact us by phone (+442324313431) or e-mail (azaleahaircare@gmail.com). At the beginning, introduce yourself and prepare your order number. Every situation is different. Therefore, we make indispensable arrangements to solve the problem.
