To place an order, simply click on ‘Shop’ in our menu. Choose the products and add them to the basket. Then, follow next usual steps (delivery options and payment).

Moreover, you can also buy Azalea’s products using other online platforms (but please remember that most of FAQ refer to our page) : Amazon, All Beauty, Superdrug, Boots, LookFantastic.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

You can resign from your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. To do that, contact us by e-mail (azaleahaircare@gmail.com) or a call ((+44)2324313431). Remember to prepare your order number. However, once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to resign from it. Nevertheless, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days since the date of receiving the parcel.

In addition, remember that FAQ mainly refer to our page, therefore resignation can be different on other pages where Azalea’s products are available.

It is obviously possible to return your order. What is more, you can also report the complaint. Click here to find out more about our returns and complaints policy.

All of our products are produced in UK. Moreover, packagings are created in collaboration with local artists in London and Edinburgh.

Yes, all of our products are cruelty free. As a firm and people, we truly believe that no animal should suffer in order to create products. We have been given a certification by Cruelty Free International as a confirmation.

Yes, all of Azalea’s products are SLS, SLES, alcohol and paraben-free. They also do not contain gluten.

Every hair shampoo, conditioner and hair oil from our offer is vegan indeed.

Azalea’s products are shipped on the teritorry of UK. Your order can be shipped to any given by you delivery address or to one of Inpost’s automated parcel machines. To receive an order, you can also pop in to one of our two brick and mortar shops (that is in London or Edinburgh).

Nevertheless, please remember – if you are buying our products on different online platforms, delivery methods can be different.

If you want to pop in to one of our two brick and mortar shops to receive an order, shipping is free. However, when you want the order to be shipped to chosen by you delivery address or to one of Inpost’s automated parcel machines, the cost of shipping is £5. Nonetheless, those methods of delivery are also free in case you spend £40 or more on your order.

It is possible to pay for your order using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Paypal and our Azalea’s Gift Card. Moreover, while receiving your order from our brick and mortar shops, there is also an additional possibility to pay in cash.

Yes, we do. In our offere there is a possibilty to order customised gift cards&gift packaging. Those services are being created in a close relationship with customers. This allows them to design everything just as they would like to!
