Azalea’s payment and shipping
Azalea offers different types of payment and shipping methods. All of these, in order to make sure that our customers are satisfied. We trust that not only the quality of our products but also all of the services connected with them are important. For this reason, Azalea does its best to propose varied payment and delivery options.
Payment methods
In our online shop it is possible to pay for your order using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Paypal. You can also pay by Azalea’s Gift Card. Furthermore, while visiting one of our brick and mortar shops (in London or Edinburgh) you can pay in cash. The same applies in case of picking up the package from our physical shop.
You are going to receive confirmation of your order by an e-mail, once the bank authorises payment. However, the money will not be removed from your account until our products leave the warehouse to your chosen address. If for any reason, we will not be able to send any of your products, there will be no charge to your account. What is more, if your payment is rejected, you can try again. Do that by clicking into the link that we attach in confirmation message to your e-mail. In case of further problems, contact your bank directly.
Shipping options
Azalea’s products are shipped on the teritorry of UK. Your order can be shipped to any delivery address given by you. Azalea uses serivces of DPD to do that. Moreover, it is also possible for you to choose Inpost‘s automated parcel machines while making an order. As a result, you do not have to wait for the carrier. You can simply pick it up whenever you want to. In addition, Azalea’s customers can also choose to receive their packages for free in one of brick and mortar shops (in London or Edinburgh). No matter the choice, the cost of shipping to chosen by you address is £5. Nonetheless, those methods of delivery are also free in case you spend £40 or more on your order.
All of the packages are being sent by Azalea’s team in less than 48 hours since creation of the order. Last but not least, remember that once the parcel has been shipped it is not possible to resign from your order anymore. Nevertheless, you can contract out within 14 days since the date of receiving the parcel.
